Hi Girls! I have read your stories for months and now I feel like I

need to tell mine. I am considering getting my breast implants

removed in a few weeks. It all began in May 2003 when I got my

breast implants put in. I was 22 yrs old and had always had small

breasts and the nipples were tubular shaped. In Jan 2004 I began

feeling very tired all the time but I was planning for my wedding in

St. Lucia which was in Feburary so I thought I may just be tired

from all the planing so I didn't think anything of it. Once I got to

St. Lucia is when I all began, it was 3 days before my wedding and I

woke up one morning and got ready to go to breakfast. I started

feeling very dizzy and when we got down to the breakfast area I

almost passed out. I spent the next day in the room crying because I

didn't know what was wrong with me. I am so lucky because my husband

(to be at the time) was so wonderful, he has taken care of me ever

since and I felt great on my wedding day. My flight back home to

Atlanta Ga, I had 105 temp and felt like I had the worst case of the

flu. I had a headache for about 1 week that I cannot describe. I

went to doctors adn they tested my blood. At that time they told me

I was alittle anemic, this was a first, adn they even thought about

putting me in the hopital. I then got sent to an infectious disease

doctor who said nothing was wrong with me. A few months later I came

back to her with a lump under my right arm pit, she said once again

it was nothing and shot something in it. A week later it was bigger

and even more painful than before so I went to my PS who I have

known becuase he put implants in my mother 10 yrs earlier. He sent

me to the breast specialists at Peidmont Hospital who were going to

biopsy it but my PS said he would remove the lump because it didn't

need to be in there. At that time I also got lipo on both legs. When

my PS removed the lump he described it as a golf ball of key lime

pie and sent it off to the lab. The results: MRSA a terrible staff

infection! This was in June 2004. Since Jan 2003 to June 2004 I had

hardly worked, and slept, or wanted to sleep most of the time(my

daughter was 4 at the time). I never felt right, my heart would

race, I would feel dizzy and like I was going to faint all the time.

I criedalmost every day. I should mention that before this I have

never been sick, never even felt bad! I have always been very

healthy. In Sept of 2004 I began having joint pains through my arms,

legs, fingers etc. At this time I had a physical at which everything

came out normal again. I have my ANA checked along with many other

things. Does any of this sounf familer? I have spent Sept of 2004 up

until now waking up in the morning hoping that I won't feel to bad.

In June 2005 I was put on Lexepro which has helped alittle. Now when

I wake up my main pain is leg soreness, from my calfs all the way

around. I don't know what to do. I know I have left so much out of

this story but I could write for days about the pain that I have

been through in the past few years. So now I think I am to my

pointm, although I do not want to do it and I have talked myself out

of it several times I guess I am going to try it, pray that it

works, and get my breast implants removed. Doctors say that this is

not from breast implants, but my PS says he will remove them if I

want him to. Thank you so mcyh for letting me read your stories and

for listening to mine.
