Guest guest
Christel, please send me the site with info on the ingredients of Schulze's formula. Formula and ingredients are more important to me than taste, that's way I'm so excited about the Perfect Food. But alway keep an open mind to try other things, and compare them. Thanks, of DH , do you like it better than Dr Schulze's Superfood? I am using both and like the taste of the superfood better. Guest guest
and Christel, On Superfood and Perfect Food: I cannot tolerate either of those kind of drinks. I HATE those kind of drinks! Sorrry, I just cannot stand them since I have been in the factory 5 years or so ago. I used to LOVE those kinds of drinks, but the factory made me too sensitive. Primal Defense and a simple beet juice drink is all I can tolerate. But thanks for the referral . God bless, KJ
Guest guest
KJ, what is " the factory " and how can a factory make you not like green drinks? I know that the green drink is part of my healing and regularity that is coming with the PD. The factory is an auto factory. One of the 'big three'. We make transmissions. The metal dust and coolants in there made me so sick my life has never been the same since I have been there. I believe the 'air' made my digestive system go bad. So even though I used to love cabbage and grape and celery juice, ect. I can no longer tolerate it. I don't like the taste and it makes my gallbladder act up something terrible. God bless, KJ

Guest guest
" really liked Perfect Food and said most people felt better on it than whatever synthetic multi they were taking before. " , How in the world do you get your boys to take the Perfect Food? we all (my whole family) tried this product because it sounds so good, but honestly, it was the worst tasting stuff I have ever encountered. And the dosage was quite much to even fill into capsules and try to consume, required too many capsules. We tried mixing it into many different kinds of juices as well, and the taste was still so overpowering and disgusting, it made me gag, my husband could not stand it, and my youngest even though he is the most compliant little thing, really could not stand it. Of all the vitamins and supplements we have tried over the years, this one by far was the most disgusting in taste, and that green color, ick! How do you get your boys to take it? Guest guest
>>> How in the world do you get your boys to take the Perfect Food? I put the powder in empty capsules, then they just swallow them. I have an en-capsulating thingy. However, if I decide to use Perfect Food again I would get the tablets. We used the Living Multi in tablets and they just swallowed it (but it does have that grassy taste). Putting it on the back of the tongue helps minimize taste. OR another thing you can do it coat the tablet with a little butter or jam, which is what I would do. I know lots of people mixed supps in liquid but it seems I can ALWAYS taste it and so don't know how people manage that. The one exception is the Brainchild's. I have been mixing the Minerals Only in a little grape juice and you can't tell it is there at all. That is the very first thing I mixed in a liquid the boys didn't complain about. . Guest guest
-- They make Perfect Food in tablet form. 5 tablets is an adult dose. I crush up a tablet in a pill crusher (after breaking it in half) and then add enough water and honey to make a paste. The amount is about 1/2 tsp and it goes down easily for my son. You could do this a few times a day...or all at once. Re: Perfect Food > " really liked Perfect Food and said most people felt > better on it than whatever synthetic multi they were taking before. Guest guest
I just placed my order for a new bottle of Primal Defense and I also picked up the Perfect Food. Has anyone else tried that yet? What did you think of it? I'm also wondering if the juice supplement is any good.
Guest guest
, I've got a container of that Perfect Food sitting in my refrigerator. It's been sitting a very long time because I can't seem to get it down! It tastes pretty bad to me...like freshly mowed grass clippings. Yecchh. It has a nice sounding name....wish it sure was perfect food, as I'd eat it all the time. I couldn't figure out how I was going to eventually use it up, and the only thing I could come up with was using it in enemas. It's been a long time since I opened it up. Thanks for the reminder, I think! Maybe others don't have as much trouble getting it down as I did, and it could also be that I have psychological barrier to the green foods due to my bad experience with green juices, which really exacerbated my brain fog. Hope you have better luck with it than I did! Patty > > I just placed my order for a new bottle of Primal Defense and I also > picked up the Perfect Food. Has anyone else tried that yet? Guest guest
- Hi I have tried perfect food. I think it is an excellent supplement. HOwever, I herxed to even as small as 1/4 tsp a day on it! But then I herxed to about everything until I started concentrating on alkalinizing my body. That appears to be helping with herxes so I may try the Perfect Food again. I have an entire container. Guest guest
You mean Ben and Jerry's is not the perfect food? Guest guest
I am taking Primal Defense and I do feel better - don't know if it is related... Seriously, what is 'the perfect food'? Now we have electricity, I am trying to go back on 'food plan', and sans sugar. > > > > I just placed my order for a new bottle of Primal Defense and I also > > picked up the Perfect Food.
