Okay, I'd increase the selenium to 200mg, and increase the vitamin C to

bowel tolerance. To get there, you add 500mg/day in divided doses until

you get diahrrea, then back off to the previous dose. The selenium is

to aid conversion of T4 to T3, and the vitamin C is for your adrenals.

When you're sick, you can need more than 10 times as much as usual!

Also for your adrenals, 1/4-1/2 teaspoon sea salt to a glass of water

morning & night.

The recommended dose of Selenium is 200 MG and you could add in some B

vitamins, preferably sublingual! AND Celtic Sea Salt. This salt is the

best single supplement you can take for your adrenals.

Most th B vitamins are absorbed better taken sublingually as the

digestive process destroys alot of them. I get mine at

www.ourhealthcoop.com they are cheap taste like candy and I love them!

Sorry to butt in but don't you mean 200mcg of Selenium and not 200mg? Just curious as that is a big difference.

Why can't we get all this stuff from the same place? I'm getting so confused! Armour, Isocort, Iodine, iron, adrenal support, sublingual B's, etc., etc. <sigh>, I'm probably paying about $50 in shipping charges!

Just a suggestion that may or may not work, but if you have a favorite

place to buy your stuff from, just ask them if they can carry it. I

buy alot from luckeyvitamin.com and about 1/2 the time they will start

to carry stuff I ask for. It does take them several months to get the

ball rolling but it's been worth it. I just asked the other day if

they could carry Iodoral so we will see. They always try to beat the

best price on the net that the customer supplies.If more people ask,

the more likely that they might decide to carry it.
