I am searching for new chairs for our dispatch center also, I have found one

that my part-time agency bought that is very comfortable and supportive. I

have a really bad back and sitting for 8 hours is not what the doctor

ordered. It is called the LEAP chair and is made with some type of steel or

titanium. If you'd like I could email you off-list with the info I have. I

only have an Ohio dealer's number, but I'm sure there would be someone in

your area, or they'd send someone. Also if anyone has found better chairs,

let me know. We are going to demo chairs in house before we purchase (this is

a great idea-use them to see if you'll like them).

There is an amazing chair that has some new technology that I absolutely

love. We are in the process of getting new chairs for our center too (3

chairs have been broken in the last month - and no one has fixed them yet. Go

figure, although the last one was the Sgt's chair...maybe we'll get something

done now. Anyways, I have only the name of the local vendor for the

chair, she works for a place called Everybody's and the phone number is:

LEAP chair. It really is a cool chair. We are on the schedule to demo it in

our center soon. Other chairs that I am looking at for our center are from a

local office supply company, but they sent me a brochure from a company

called Allseating. They have a couple of 24 hour chairs listed in there too.

Sorry I couldn't be of any more help, it just doesn't seem there are that

many options for us out there. Any questions, let me know.
