Guest guest
Welcome back My husband was in the US Navy. He was medically discharged 3 years ago and has been desperately missing it ever since. Cheryll Huck
Guest guest
Well boys & girls, I returned from my deployment this past weekend. Maybe now I can get back to the eat right and die anyway routine. I was able to maintain my weight and shape with running & other physical activity while deployed. But eating right, well, that was not really possible...especially considering the MREs I had to eat...each containing over 1200 MG of sodium and God only knows how much fat & sugar . So hopefully I can get back in the groove over the next few days!!! ----
Guest guest
Yay!! Welcome back ... to both the US and BFL. Good for you on making the best of things while deployed. Can't wait to hear updates now that you can eat BFL-ish again. Guest guest
Well now, if I told you where I was deployed, I'd have to kill you. And that involves too much paperwork....and I don't want to fill out all that paperwork! > Welcome back ! You will get back in the swing very quickly.
