Guest guest
Hi. I'm one of the three (I think) who were just having surgery. I had it on the 21st and just yesterday had the drains removed...thank you, thank you. So I am now back on the computer for the 1st time to see how the others made out. Sounds like we are all on the same page. The discomfort easing a bit and now the anxiety over when these guys are going to look a little more normal. Did I just read 6 months to a year? I haven't asked the Dr yet how long I have to stay in the sports bras. I don't want him to think I'm trying to rush the process, I'm just thinking out loud I guess. Anyone know? There is still some seepage (yellow)around incisions on one breast, but he said not to worry. I think wearing a reagular bra right now would not work, shape-wize. I'm not the same shape as bra cups. Thank goodness it's getting cold where I live, I can wear swearters over blouses. I'm dreading the sympathetic looks from others who wrongly think I've had a masectomy. I was hoping I might look a little less weird sooner, but it sounds like it could be a while, huh? Did everyone lose weight afterwards, not just implant weight? I haven't weighed myself, I don't feel thinner. So what's next? Charlotte
