Yes absolutely. Contracting can be difficult at best.

Yes -

We have had one case. I optained written authorization prior to txp. and they paid all expenses. They were very unhappy about putting it in writing. Good luck.

We have a patient who’s had a heart transplant and a kidney transplant through his workers comp insurance. Once you get the case number,

adjusters name and telephone number it is not a problem at all.

Exactly. We have a kidney patient that is using Workers' Comp.for his kidney transplant and we have a letter on file. Written documentationis in out transplant tool that we use and a copy of the letter has been givento the billing dept. for reference. Yes we have had one patient who had 3 kidney transplant due to a comp injury. We

had letter from comp carrier with approval's and claim numbers also from his

attorney. They paid 100% of his transplant costs including his meds related to

the transplant.
