The More Choice The better

My friend has a very beautiful girlfriend. She really wants babies but it will

will cost about £10,000 for the treatment because she is 47 years old. Anyway,

she has become very depressed recently because of the baby thing and so her

doctor has prescribed antidepressants.

Anyway, she gave my friend an ultamatum, 'Have a baby with me or we are

finished?. He freaked it and eventually told her it is over but then this really

strange thing happened - she became a completeltly different person. Now she is

completely relaxed and happy and loves him completly and has given up the toxic

medicine.

There is now for her 'no more choice' and so the pain just goes away and she

accepts everything as it is and now she is now free from torment. The more

choice the better don't you think? Hmmmm! It's weird how the mind works.

Buddhism has really got a hang on all thsi.

spoke recently about Scandinavia, which I consider to be the beautiful

society. It is socialist and about as close to heaven on earth as you can get -

the poor and rich care for each other - or are forced to do so. But they are

also sky high on pain killers and so it just goes to show that when there is

nothing to worry about the mind just invents problems.

I wake up every morning craving for more sleep and it is hell going to work. But

here I am right now playing my gutars and keyboards getting much satisfaction

from it all. There is no gain without pain they say. But I rather like the gain.
