Guest guest
Daryl, I know you've struggled mightily with sugar cravings . .. . The problem is that the sugar cravings are driving themselves by eating sugar. The only way to stop the sugar cravings is to go cold turkey and stop eating sugar. Within a few weeks, your sugar cravings will diminish dramatically. Short of being put in confinement and eating only what you are given, you are the only person who can do it! I really, really wish it was easier! . . . There's simply no easy way! Taking an antifungal will jump start the process and make it a little easier. But every time you eat something with sugar, you're feeding the organisms that make you crave more sugar. It's a vicious circle!
