Guest guest
I'm just finishing The UltraMind Solution by Mark Hyman, MD. It is a great book about the relationship between the brain and the body. Six of his seven keys are very physiological. Number seven is "calm your mind" and seems quite ACT consistent. I believe that the food I eat or don't eat, along with ACT, has a significant impact on my ability to live a valued life. This book supports that.I recommend it and would be interested to hear from others who have read it or similar books. I'm wondering what the professionals have to say as well.Bill
Guest guest
This seems like a superb book and is very much along the lines which I have been expressing here all along however unpopuler that might have been - genes are not my destiny. As a child my life felt awesome and so I'm not settling for anything second best now. I know what I want and I'm going for it. Thanks for the recomendation Bill.
