Guest guest
- I'm struggling with the same thing - having a hard time forgiving myself for taking my health for granted, and trusting a corporation (who made the implants) with my health. I just realized I haven't purchased anything for detoxing yet, although I think I just wanted to get past the surgery itself before I started detoxing. Guest guest
Hi , Herxing is the effect upon your body while going through detox that makes you feel worse instead of better. It is because toxins are released into the bloodstream at a rate faster than they can be removed, and so you experience the effects of those toxins being released in a negative way. It can last a few hours to a few days. It's not fun, and sometimes you begin to wonder if the detoxification effort is making you worse instead of better. So, on the one hand it is a good sign! It means that your detoxing is working! On the other hand, it can mean that you need to cut back and let your body take a rest while it recovers. Detox efforts are worthwhile endeavors that can take the form of lifestyle changes that are long lasting (such as changing your diet to exclude hydrogenated oils), or events that you undertake for a short period of time with specific organs in mind, (such as a liver flush). As for a step by step process, it would be hard for me to put that together (although I would love to try!) because each individual will experience different zones of comfort regarding the therapies that are undertaken. For instance, if you want to target the liver for detoxification, you can do something simple such as taking herbal pills, or you can get very involved with something like a liver flush or coffee enemas. Different people will be willing to try different things. You will need to tailor your program to one that works for you. But there are most definitely steps that can be taken in general by all, such as starting with eliminating certain foods, moving on to including other healthy food items, and then targeting the digestive system for a cleansing to make sure that elimination is up to par. Once that is done, you can move on to the various eliminative organs to help clean them up one by one or simultaneously...the kidneys, the liver, the skin, the lungs. Here is a good website to get you started on detoxing ideas: http://chetday.com/spencedetox.html I hope this is helpful to you! Wishing you all the very best!
