Guest guest
Oh, Honey, I'm so sorry, but it does sound like you are having some gastrointestinal problems. Most all of the women who have had breast implants seem to go through this. I take Acidophilus tablets and I drink Acidophilus milk, plus my doctor has me on Losec. When you tell me that it feels like something is eating away at you, that is what mine was like, but very painful. After I had been treated with antibiotics it felt like something had broken away inside of me. When I told my doctor about this strange phenomena, he knew what I was talking about. He felt that some bacteria had broken loose, this sound really dumb, but it happened and it happened again. Many years later, I do not have these symptoms; however, I still have gastrointestinal attacks. Do you have Lupus, because I do and these attacks are quite common in Lupus? Keep on asking questions and we will all try to help you to get through this. Guest guest
Honey, it is a good idea to eat small amounts of food several times a day. I have never taken tagamet, I take Losec. I think that you should see your doctor and tell him/her what is happening to you. I do not want you to suffer like this, because you have been through enough. Our Kenda might be able to help you because she knows more about ND's. Love you......Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~` Re: Ulcer? > Also, Ive read that some ulcers get better when you eat, is that only > a certain kind because mine does not get any better, even the tagamet > only helps sometimes. > > > > > > > > > Opinions expressed are NOT meant to take the place of advice given by > licensed health care professionals. Guest guest
Aubrey, What kinds of supplements/medications are you taking? Are there any precautions about taking with food? Can you handle Acidopholis? That may help. I've been having some problems with a sore stomach lately too. I think it's because I've been taking a medication that's supposed to be taken with food, without food! Duh! I should have paid more attention sooner! Regardless, even if it's a ulcer, it will get better! .. . . First you need to be able to tell a doctor exactly when it hurts or doesn't . . . It sounds like you pretty much know . . . They may be to run some tests . . . Looking at your stomach through a tube may be necessary . . . but if it keeps hurting, you need to get attention sooner rather than later.
