Guest guest Posted April 8, 2000 Report Share Posted April 8, 2000 -- i just want to say thanks to all those who responded to my previous question regarding my trainee -- to update everyone...tonight will be my first night w/o my trainee in a little over 3 months (in fact, it is my first night w/o any trainee in almost a year) -- anyway, my supervisor and i both spoke with the person who will be taking over the training and she is fine with it -- tonight i will speak to my trainee before we go out on the floor and explain to her why this is happening (so she does not get paranoid) -- for the record, a lot of the suggestions that were given to me, we had already tried...i guess my biggest issue was that i was feeling guilty, almost like i was abandoning my trainee -- after having a very long conversation with my supervisor though, i don't fell too bad -- anyway, thanks again!! --kim Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
