Re: Pam's update

It is encouraging to see stories such as Pam's. I'm sure I'm not

alone in this, but I worry that I'll never be normal again - even

after surgery. Hopefully since I've had the implants only a short

while, my body will bounce back quickly. I notice that each month it

gets a little worse, too, so I can't imagine having these things in

me for years if it's been torture having them for 5 and a half

months. Pam's message sounds so positive and energetic. I know I

really appreciated my health and just every day living before I got

these implants, and if I can go back to being well, I'm sure I'll

have even more of a zest for life than I used to.

I was looking at a pro-implant site today and someone posted saying

her joints suddenly started swelling, and she was worried that it was

the implants. I was surprised to see that she didn't get shot down,

and I just posted that I had similar symptoms and she could e-mail me

if she wanted. I definitely don't post any hate messages on that

site, I browse it now and then because I want to help someone the way

that someone helped me by guiding me to this site.

August 20, 2005, so it's pretty recent and you can see how she is

doing now--she sounds so happy! I hope this encourages you. (I

snipped some of the letter, but left the most important details about

her update.)

and saw your note about DVD's. Girl, you know I want one!!! Believe

it or not, a girl in church recognized me from the picture of all of

us. I was famous for about a second! ha ha!!

other than for work. I think the last time I talked to you I was

working as a loan officer. I still do that part time, but I got

another job at my church. It's so awesome how God works! {snipped} I

don't have to babysit anymore and I am having a blast doing what I

love!

know if I can get into my account. It kicked me out the last

time I tried. Have you tried sending me anything?

and I decided to split up, my health has improved tremendously. I

still take something for pain, but I am down to about 30mg/day from

over 150! I take NOTHING else! Except some magnesium, Vit C and

Calcium. I don't need anything to sleep and no more anti-

depressants. It's amazing what stress can do to you. I know the

implants were the main cause, but a lot of the remaining issues were

from the stress he caused me.

Thanks for getting the word out! We are the life raft in a sea of

stormy waves for women hurting from their implants. I hope she

finds us.

Yes, Pam's story is encouraging! Stay hopeful....I had my implants

in for 9 months and was very sick, but I have my life back after

years of altering my lifestyle to a more healthy one. YOu can get

there too. My best advice, beyond detoxing, is BE Patient!!!

Hugs,
