Guest guest
-- Tammy Its great to hear how you recovered so well. I was wondering, did you ever have any relapses, feel like you were regressing? Thanks - In , " imrafaela " <tamm001@c...> wrote: > > Dear , > > Wow! Guest guest
Hello to all, and Rogene I too wish we had more time to spend in DC. It was great to be able to share our breast cancer and implant information! Regarding the question below, no, I have not experienced any relapses. I began walking normally and being able to go up and down stairs again, shortly after surgery. I then began to work out every other day, and now I'm starting to run about 1/2 mile, walk a 1/2 mile, and run a 1/2 mile (for about 3 miles total) every other day. The joints spent so much time not doing anything when I had all the fluid on them, that I have to take it slowly on building up, and want to get back to being able to run for 3 miles straight through. I only had my implants in for about 2 years total, and I had a great surgeon remove them completely in tact with capsules, so that might be why I was able to recover as well as I have. Hope that helps, Love to all, keep up the great work!! > > > > > > Hi Girls! I have read your stories for months and now I feel > like I > > > need to tell mine.
