Guest guest Posted July 28, 2004 Report Share Posted July 28, 2004 Well, I've tabulated everything, and I've lost 6lbs of fat, gained 2lbs of muscle, lost 1.5 " off my waist, an inch off my chest (*sob*), an inch of my hips, and about a half inch off each thigh. I put my photos in my file, but you can view them at http://www.subtlyextreme.com/bflc24weeks.htm . All-in-all, pretty pleased. Oh, and I went down a clothing size, from 8s to 6s. On a personal note, having a tougher time staying motivated this week. I missed Monday's and Tuesday's workouts, but WILL hit the gym tonight for upper body and cardio. Been doing okay on the eating, living a bit much on bars and shakes, but that's because that's what is on hand, and it is better than hitting Mc's (*gag*).
