75/25 Rule on Inpatient Rehab

Question for Inpt Rehab Units-

How do you manage compliance with the 75/25 rule? Do you do it on a monthly

basis? A daily " per admission " basis, or make adjustments accross the year?

What process do you use to measure your compliance? I have found little

guidance from the FIs as to how they measure this process themselves. I'd

really appreciate your insight and your experience.

I am re-vamping our process and would like to learn from others.
