I must say I have not brought it up to my doctor. How does one go about testing iodine levels and getting a doctor to "believe" this is a problem? I will take this message along to my next doctor visit Charlotte. Do you now take E or P to balance your hormones? Or is the iodine enough to help you in this area? P is a very big problem for me. I can't even take 2.5 mgs of the stuff now without getting that familiar pain in my neck and occipital areas of the back of my head.
