Guest guest
I think focusing is the hardest thing to do. I think the body has to be healthy to do so. There are many things used to improve focus, thiamine, lithium orotate, cod liver oil, Transfer Factor, quercetin, MB12, Mellatonin (for a good night's sleep), etc. But, I think what's more important is to treat the whole body. One supplement is only going to help a little, and our children need a lot of help. So, a good plan encompassing diet, digestive aids, and things for inflammation, circulation, die-off, and of course ridding pathogens and toxins is what is bringing many of the children into recovery. I think that focusing is one of the last things to regain because it takes a well-functioning body. My girl has improved enough to do regular school, yet still struggles with focusing. So, it's probably one of the last things that gets fixed. Some ideas are to list all that you are doing, to get some ideas from us on what areas and supplements you might want to consider, and to also look into more testing or a Zyto to pin-point more what the main problems are. Love and prayers, Heidi N > > > Hello everyone , > I am struggling to improve my son attention /focus for years now .It comes and goes ,but mostly goes . It seems that if I help him a little more in this area ,he will be able to learn the basics that he still doesn't know ( he is 7).Over all it is been very difficult 4 years w/t very little results that are not constant .
