Guest guest Posted July 18, 2004 Report Share Posted July 18, 2004 I want to gain about 10 lbs of muscle be December. I work out with weights regularly and play soccer occasionally. I eat fairly good and healthy(I Think) but I cant gain any weight. Any suggestions on what foods to eat, supplements to take, sample meals etc etc.....any help is greatly appreciated.... Respect and cherish your body. I'm in the process of trying to correct some of the damage I've done to my body already (weight gain, lack of strength). As you get older you see how your body can work for you or actually AGAINST you. If you don't take care of youself your body can't take care of you as well. I hope at 50 I will finally learn that I've gotta be my body's best friend by: 1. Eating healthy the majority of the time. 2. Exercising regularly during the week. 3. Keeping a positive attitude about life and avoiding negative thoughts. 4. Believing there's more to life than this life--but that this life matters.
