Okay, I did it. I braved the scale this morning. I did it one week

ahead of schedule for some bizarre reason (maybe the happy feeling

of looser pant-a-lonas?)

I am not sure whether to be happy or afraid. I will not do a body

fat analysis until next Monday...but I am down 10 lbs since the

beginning of my challenge. This scares me as it has only been 3

complete weeks. I expected little or no change. But 10 lbs???

Holy cow!

Please don't get me wrong...I am happy but I am just thinking 2

lbs/week is healthy...what is going on here? Maybe more ice cream?

KIDDING!

I also completed a 5 K fun-race to raise money for a local charity

on Saturday...it felt great to do a run like this for my cardio day

and I finished! Yeah!

As I was half way through I thought of those b4 photos and decided

that maybe I could run away from my tooshie? I dunno!

So, still a-chuggin'!
