Guest guest
As far as soaps and things go... a good glycerine soap is often really a good alternative to some of the harsher ones. I don't use anything specail from a health food store but I do love bath and body and their vanilla soap and lotion are so good for me as vanilla is very anti stress.....calms me right down. I love it. I highly recomend for make up hower, the all natural stuff made by bare essentials. If you wear anytype of makeup at all they have the absolute best cosmetics on the planet. I could never imagine wearing anything else ever again! The eyeshadow, liner, blush, lip sticks and face powder cover up etc etc... is all 100% pure minerals from the earth crushed up and they are just amazing. It only takes a tiny bit, you buff it on with these fabulous brushes. Since using the stuff I swear my skin has never every looked better and at 41 I get told all the time I look in my 30's and with the help of my job working for a dermatologist of course I really do have glowing skin. My other recomendation is Burts Bees they make a whole fabulous line of cleansers, exfoliants, lip gloss and foot scrubs, lotions, even these cute little packs that come with a facial scrub, cleanser, masks.....you name it they have the best stuff for cleansing and caring for your whole body. They really are awesome and all natural. I think they prices are reasonable to. I would look to buy them in a store near you, if you go to the Burts Bees website they have a place where you can get stores informatino near you. The Bare Essentials bare minerals line can be purchased for a much better price on QVC then at the stores in the mall. They do have one outlet at the airport in Atlanta. We had a stopover there and I was just hooked after trying that stuff once. They have awesome cleansers too, everythign you can possibly want. I have to say since I have completely recovered from my implant nightmare and feel great, the help of they all natural cosmetics and the cleansers have made what I feel to be an immense improvement in my well being and looks. And hey when your feeling good and looking good it does so many wonders for you emotinally. I hope that your feeling better. I am sorry I know I have not been around much. Super busy life but I love to answer questions like these because I realy think that this stuff is underestimated. Trust me I realy think they products have helped me immensley.
