New to group (not so new to BFL)

Greetings!

My name is Lianne, and I am starting my 2nd Challenge today (after

several restarts on this one.) I completed my first Challenge in

early May, and have been struggling with motivation to continue. My

first one was fairly successful, and brought me back to my most

frequent level of fitness, but now... I've decided to continue on and

get to a level beyond any I have reached to date. I belong to

another group, but it is a smaller one and the posts are fairly

infrequent. I haven't had a chance to explore this group much yet,

aside from looking at a few photos, but I am hoping I can be of as

much assistance as I am sure you all will be!

Welcome to the group!! Congrats on starting your second challenge.

I know you will finish this one! :) Keep posting and keep us updated

on your progress. The group here is great for encouragement, advice

and the occasional kick in the rear (if needed).

First obstacle is forcing my lazy butt to the gym tonight...hehehe.

I am a " morning " workout person, but didn't make it this morning.

Really hard to be headed out the door at 5:15am. ;-)
