The insurance company says it doesn't meet their criteria for

explant; ruptured implant, interference with mammo, silicone leakage.

I will present it to them that the saline implants are supposed to be

safe and I'm having a reaction. They finally assigned me a case worker

who will be helping me with this appeal.

Ask if your implants are proven to be contaminated

after removal, if they will pay for removal.

Odds are very high that they are contaminated.

Dr. Blais' papers can help support that possiblity.

Good luck Carol!! Sometimes doctors give prices for no-insurance that really

are not

much different than what you would pay after an out-of-network benefit. That's

what I

found, anyway.
