What happens when you dont liek to eat when you wake up? I dont liek

to eat as it is and I am finding it so very hard to eat 6 times a

day. I am lucky if I eat 4 times a day and that would be a shake

then food then a bar or shake and then food again. I can not stand

to eat breakfast its not that I dont like the foods it is I dont

liek to eat. And I know you dont lose by starving that is not my

thing at all. I just simply dont like to eat. I am trying to force

my self to eat more but less and it is not working. Even when I do

eat those few times a day I dont eat much. Am I wierd or what? The

funny thing is I gained so much weight and eat so little how is

that. Maybe the lack of exercise huh. Well I just thought I would

share that with ya off to work I go to see nice buff bodies getting

thier weekly protien ans supplements. Angel

I never used to be a breakfast eater myself. I started out making

myself a 1/2 of a Myoplex every morning, and actually still usually

have that for M1 every day. Once you get your body used to eating in

the morning, you will find that you wake up wanting a little

something, even if it's only a shake.

Not eating has probably put your body into starvation mode, which

will lead to weight gain. When your body thinks it's starving, it

hangs onto every single little fat cell because biologically it

thinks there is a famine. Unfortunately, our bodies still work in

the primitive level and don't know that there is food aplenty out

there. :)

Believe it or not, increasing your food intake will probably start

you losing weight. It might take a couple of weeks, but once your

body convinces itself that it's not in the midst of a famine, it will

start burning fat. Eating first thing in the morning wakes up your

metabolism and stokes the furnace for the rest of the day. Make

yourself eat something, or just start with a shake. You will be

surprised how your body adjusts and the appetite will come back.

Well its not that i dont want to eat in the morning I dont get up

till 11 most of the time unless I have to open the store. And I do

force myself to eat I just cant get in 6 meals somehow. It is nuts I

know. but today while I was eating for some reason I got sick and

couldnt finish. And that was my dinner. But man oh man I havent

taken any cortislim and boy I can tell the difference. I am starting

to crave sweets again UGHHHH but I am keeping my self away from the

candy isle. The bad part about that is not even a protien bar helps

that crave. I had a shake today and then lunch and a dinner but that

is all I could do. I wasnt hungery after that. Maybe it is all the

water I am drinking? I am drinking about a gallon a day. I even try

the cottage cheese thing it still doesnt help I get FULL on that.

Ugh I hate the way I eat. I really wish I could eat more. I will

keep working on it though I will not give up on it. Thanks for the
