Guest guest
Well, here I am, my last few days before surgery (Friday). Tomorrow I fly to Dallas, Friday under the knife--yikes! I am not nervous yet, but I think it will sneak up on me. I am more nervous about the house caving in while I am gone--you know how men are ; ) Only a few more days of having hooters, then back to official membership in the Itty Bitty Titty Comittee. I am looking forward to it, actually. Maybe I ought to do something really wild the night before while I am in Dallas--anybody have any good ideas, maybe compete in a wet t-shirt contest? I was thinking to compile a list of slang terms for breasts-- all those names men (and women) have called them. I've already finished a compilation of phallus terminology--that was fun. , prick, rod... What do you think, ladies? We could not only take back our breasts, but ownership of their names as well. Humor is the best medicine! Getting punchy... Melinda

Guest guest
Hey Melinda - I'm getting mine out on Monday! Thank God! I'm driving to Ohio. I'm not anxious about it just yet, but I know I'll be anxious on Sunday - although I'm glad I get there Sunday, then wake up Monday and have the surgery. The good part is that even though I'm sure I'll be anxious, I know I'm doing the right thing and can't live with these bombs in my body, so going into surgery with that conviction will be quite helpful. I'll be thinking of you on Friday and sending lots of prayers your way. I'm looking forward to getting these things out of my body, I really miss being flat. I was never cut out for boobs, they just aren't me - and my body let me know they weren't for me, too. I don't have any ideas for your wild night - but I'm sure there's plenty to do in Dallas!! I'm celebrating when I return by burning my post-implant bra's, and me and one of my friends plan on celebrating getting rid of our boobs (her boob is her ex-husband). Guest guest
Melinda and Sis I just want to say that I will be praying for both of you on Friday and Monday. It has been two weeks today since my surgery, and, though a few ups and downs, I am really feeling soooo much better - I even jogged today for the first time in months. Sounds like you both have the right attitude! I am liking being myself again too. God Bless! Cherie --- In , " auntsisnj " <auntsisnj@l...> wrote: > > Hey Melinda - I'm getting mine out on Monday! Guest guest
Thanks, Cherie. I'm so glad to hear that you've noticed an improvement. That is awesome!! I'm thankful for the prayers and positive thoughts coming my way. Guest guest
THANK YOU! I will have to kick him so I don't affect my incision sites! LOL! I am praying that God will be the Great Physician working thru this guy. Thank you for your words! I would love a copy if you have one.... great case report. I'm sorry to hear about your antibiotics. Which one are you on? And, for what? Love, shellyLea <devans@...> wrote: Good luck sweet . Please slap the plastic surgeon for me, but only after your implants have been removed. If this plastic surgeon is proven to be a good surgeon, do not slap him/her. As you can see I'm a bit angry today because I had to go back on a massive dose of antibiotics yesterday. Do you want a copy of my VQ Scan? Love always..........Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~` Re: Re: 64 hours and counting... Mine is a week from Friday! Guest guest
I really like that, - " God will be the Great Physician working through this guy " . From now until my surgery, I'm going to view my doctor as the same, her hands might be doing the work, but God will be pulling the strings. Sis > Hey Melinda - I'm getting mine out on Monday! Guest guest
Lea, From what I remember, H-pylori is a bacterial infection. It's possible that, in dealing with mold and stress, your immune system couldn't fend it off. Hopefully you'll be feeling much better very soon! Guest guest
Lea, Would Olive Leaf extract or Oil of Oregano help with the H-Pylori? . . . Ask your doctor if he thinks it would interfere with anything else. I'll try anything that won't make me worse! Love, Rogene
Guest guest
Sis, You KNOW she will! . . . When I had my implants removed, I had put myself in God's hands. I knew nothing about what to ask about before surgery! He moved my doctor to remove them completely, even though, to this day he normally doesn't remove the capsule!
