Rogene I printed everything out so I would not forget it this time and

guess what I just ordered the makers diet book last week. So it should

be coming.I didnt think I was aloud to eat carbs since I knew it turned

into sugar and I thought we couldnt have sugar.Or maybe this is the

right kind of sugar for us. Thank you for all your help...I love you

There are good carbs, or complex carbs, which are healthy for us

because they are an excellent source of important vitamins, minerals

and fiber. Things like beans, peas, all vegetables except for

potatoes, basically, are good complex carbs. I avoid potatoes as

much as possible. Those turn to sugar in your system so fast it will

make your head spin! Your mother was right when she said Eat your

veggies!

That's awesome that a doctor actually suggested our site to your

husband! Maybe we are getting somewhere after all with the medical

profession!

God is with us....He knows our pain and suffering, and He will guide

and He will provide! Thanks for sharing . It's always good

, when I told my counselor that I was going out to Ohio for an

explant, she asked if the doctor was affiliated with the Cleveland

Clinic. My doctor is not, however my counselor said that the

Cleveland Clinic has an excellent reputation. It's good to hear that

a doctor located there is aware of this site.

I went to the doctor's today because I thought I should get an ANA

test before I undergo the explant. I've had many other tests run but

not that one, and at some point after the explant I would like to

have the same tests run and compared. My blood pressure has changed

since I got the implants, too, so I'm curious to see what happens

with that after the explant.

Oh, and one more thing. While I was at my doctor's getting the

bloodwork, the nurse and I got to talking and she said that she had a

friend who got sick from Saline implants. She said that she

accompanied her for her explant surgery!! I asked if her friend's

symptoms got better after the explant, and she said " oh yeah! " .

There are a lot of natural sugars in the foods we eat.

Except for refined sugar, most of these are healthy

unless we have a roaring sytemic fungal problem, then

we need cut back on even the natural sugars for a

while.

The only sugar you need avoid like the plague is

refined white sugar. Even that, in it's natural state,

isn't too bad. It's the refining process that ruins

it.
