Guest guest
Molly when I lost wieght about 10 years ago I started with low fat low calorie diet and did tons of walking. I lost the first 40 pounds from just walking and once I did that I began getting stronger and adding things like weight lifting and running. I would start with walking if you can because it really is a great way to get in shape without having to join gyms etc...... I hope that you can find a way to stick to an exercise plan because for me exercise has been the one thing that has always been there for me and helped me get better and stronger more so than any one other thing I can think of. Not everyone is the same of course but for me working out really is a wonderful thing. Take care and happy working out ..... Guest guest
Thanks Patty, I had always exercised also to keep weight where I wanted. That had become difficult in the last couple years. I am starting slowly... > > > >>> , > > > >>> > > > >>> It sounds like you are getting really good massages! > > > >>> The doctor who DX'd me said that was the best > > > >>> therapy > > > >>> I could get! Guest guest
Slow is the way to go, that is why I always thought walking was realy good in the beginning. As time goes by you can increase your pace and amount of time etc...... you will be fine and going slow is a good thing, if you drop too much too fast you end up with allot of lose skin etc..... hugs carrie In , " MollyBloom54 " <mollyb54@b...> wrote: > > Thanks , > I had always exercised to keep my weight where I wanted it...
