Patty,

I think it was me that brought up smartbomb.com and they have good prices

on many items. I get a number of things from them.

If anyone has cholesterol that is too high, policosanol is a good

supplement for this. Also, red rice yeast. I cannot take that one, but I

can take the policosanol. The best price I have found for this was on

smartbomb.com

Getting my thyroid levels up has helped the cholesterol also.

Hi Patty,

Molly told me that she got a really good price for

Primal defense on eBay today . . . That's another

choice!

I checked www.smartbomb.com and

www.appleadayandbeyond.com tonight . . . they were

both the same for Primal Defense. Also, there's

www.vitacost.com . . .

I think these folks are shifting prices all the time,

so it might be a good idea to check all of them before

placing a large order.

I haven't tried the FYI . . . I'm using Omega-zyme,

Perfect Food, Living Calcium, Living Multi and Cod

Liver Oil. I can tell a big difference when I take, or

don't take them. Since starting this group, I haven't

had ANY pain to report to my massage therapist! First

time in years!

Please let me know what you think of FYI. I've heard

RM-10 is excellent too! . . . Also, I want to try

Miracle II . . . I just wish it wasn't so expensive!

It's a Garden of Life product called " For Your Inflammation " . It

sounded like it had alot of good ingredients in it, and I've been

feeling like I've been dealing with some inflammation issues

lately. I am going to try it.
