Guest guest
, after having read about your mom's problems with her heart, let me just add that I must've been a hypo all my life, ever since postwar Germany when I had tachy-cardia and myo-cardia, which left me with a "nervous" fast heartbeat and frequent palpitations for the remainder of my already long life, having to take Crataegus (hawthorn) extract 3x/day. to stay 'okay' and keep problems at bay; however, since I started taking Armour last year, (now mostly taking iodine only, sometimes cortef to help with stress), my heartbeat has slowed down, and I don't need no heart medicine anymore. But with very active days, I take an adaptogen for balance (Siberian Ginseng). My body temperature and blood pressure have much improved too, both used to be way too low. Just sharing, for 'overall picture' confirmation, for what has been mentioned in this context, Charlotte
Guest guest
my mother never had any heart problems - nor did anyone in her family. They all live long lives. My grandmother lived to 99. Without any supplements I might add! Now she has a problem after putting on a lot of weight (i'm sure due to her underactive thyroid). > > , > after having read about your mom's problems with her heart, let me just add that I must've been a hypo all my life, ever since postwar Germany when I had tachy-cardia and myo-cardia, which left me with a " nervous " fast heartbeat and frequent palpitations for the remainder of my already long life, having to take Crataegus (hawthorn) extract 3x/day. to stay 'okay' and keep problems at bay; however, since I started taking Armour last year, (now mostly taking iodine only, sometimes cortef to help with stress), my heartbeat has slowed down, and I don't need no heart medicine anymore. > But with very active days, I take an adaptogen for balance (Siberian Ginseng).
