If Medicare does not pay for the transplant then Part D will bebilled for the immunos. If the patient did not have Medicare A at the time of transplant, Medicare B

will never pay for immuno medications. If the patient were to get transplanted a

second time and did have Medicare part A, then Medicare B would always cover. I
