I have noticed this too...I think it might have to do with irritable

bowel syndrome. I too love a very cold glass of milk, and if I eat

red meat, say a steak, I am sick...I stay away from pork too...I am a

chicken, & fish person...and alot of veggies.If you need to eat red

meat try a small amount 3 oz. and see if that works? Red meat, & pork

are harder to digest. Now I found this works for me...but always ask

your doctor or nurse first.
