All of this is unhealthy talk for all involved. The response from was directed at a message of mine pertaining to my distrust of plastic surgeons and women needing to be happy with themselves a few days back - not anything Kenda said - she misunderstood and it was in no way Kendas fault. Again - this group is for support and understanding. my message in no way intended to "stir the pot" but was basically stating our beliefs and what our group stands for - women who have had lives ruined as a result of society and lying plastic surgeons. Support, love, understanding, and healing methods to help get their lives back together after the atrocities that the FDA continues to allow. I know my life has certainly taken a horrible turn as a result and I will never forgive myself for what my bad decision making 11 years ago has done to my family. We are also here to offer advice for women considering implants and help them understand ALL the facts so they can truly make an informed decision. That is an option I never had. We need them to know to love themselves for who they are - who God made them, not what society thinks they should be, then they can truly make the right decisions for themselves after reading the facts and possibilities of what can happen to them as a result of these decisions. How reading our stories can let them know the risks which can be life long - even life threatening. I think as a group we have been very successful in helping people make good decisions and offering all the help and support each person needs - Kenda is a GREAT example. She did not get implants after finding our group. Again - I meant no ill feelings by my post but I was simply pointing out that this is in fact a breast implant support group for sick women and those considering surgery - We must be there for all the new women out there that will need us - let's not waste time arguing and fretting over things unrelated to the group and it's mission to help, love, and support. love to all shari Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
