Guest guest
Sis, It's really dismaying! The studies we know about show that breast cancer women have a very high complication rate from breast implants . . . as well as hiding cancers that may develop later. One implant woman told me that she went to the archives where thousands upon thousands of documents relating to breast implants were stored. She found that ALL the documents relating to breast cancer and breast implants had disappeared! There's a tremendous amount of money behind keeping breast implants on the market that makes educating the public an uphill battle. They keep claiming the latest and greatest implant is the safe one . . . even though they don't have long term studies and they have never studied those of us who have become sick because of their breast implants! One plastic surgeon told me, to my face, that he made money putting breast implants in and in taking them out. He didn't give a d*** what they did! IMHO, one reason they are fighting so hard is that, when breast implants fall, many other implantable devices are going to suffer too . . . However, most other devices save either a life or a function. Personally, I don't have a problem with them as long as patients are given true informed consent! . . . And encouraged to wait as long as possible before getting the devices. Apparently the government believes it's more important to fill the pockets of a few than to protect the lives of many. What really makes me sick is that the children suffer so needlessly - even those who don't get sick as a result of being born to, or nursed by an implanted mother. God please protect us from those who don't care! Guest guest
Oh I know...I've always thought it was ironic that women with breast cancer were the ones that they allowed to have silicone implants. Guess they figured those women were already sick, so what the heck! IMHO, they are the worst ones to have silicone in their bodies.
