Guest guest
Molly hang in there it took me time to get better but exercise should get easier for you. I work with a Dr that has written a book called timed eating. You may want to look into trying something like his plan. It works really wonderfully. You eat carbs only before 3pm. Then after that you only eat proteins and some veggies. it works on the premise that since your body burns carbs for evergy that if you don't eat any later than 3pm your body will burn the fat instead of the carbs. It really does work as friends of mine at work have lost substantial weight on this plan....... I like the fact you can eat several times a week for an hour or two anything you want also. Kind of makes thing easier. Let me know if your interested in finding out more about it ok? Hugs, Carrrie In , " MollyBloom54 " <mollyb54@b...> wrote: > > > I am jealous too!!
