Hi Helena

I second experiental2010's message to you.  You have so much to offer this list with your perceptive and intelligent take on things.  I have gained a lot from reading your posts and always find it interesting to hear your view on things.  I like the fact that you are a little feisty some times!  That shows that you can be both passioniate and vulnerable ie a living breathing warm blooded human being like all of us!

I hope you stay

Kate

Hi Helena,It seems like this is the perfect opportunity to practice the ACT skills. I know how hard it is to defuse from comments when you feel them so deeply on a personal level but I believe that it is just such a circumstance that ACT works so well with. (When it is possible of course).

I really like who you are. Who you are is not the comments made by others on this list. From the very little I know, you are someone who engages with the elderly at your gate, enriching their lives with your willingness for participation. You are someone who is motivated to clean those bathroom rugs (and motivating I might add, I did mine too). You are a person who loves their cat and nurtures that life with respect and care.

All of these things and I don't even know you. WHO you are is...not the comments from a minority on an online list. Please stick it out. As Detlef said, " All things pass " .I wish you all the best Helena. I hope we can continue to communicate.

I agree with this. I'd rather you stay and keep posting and sharing, and

I'm sure most here would, too. Please reconsider.

Best wishes,

Detlef

Helena,

I re-second these sentiments. You ARE

feisty and passionate and we can tell you’re working hard on this stuff. So

rest easy, friend. Ain’t nothin’ you have to prove here!

With much respect for your sheer “willingness”

in all this,

Tom Hardy
