Can saline implants cause arthritis?

I am working on getting a date for explanation, and worrying about

things while I wait. I have developed arthritis of my sternoclavicular

joint - pain in between my shoulder blades and on my chest wall, and

front of my neck. Pain is so bad now that I can't even get my shirt on

and off over my head, and wince in pain just to roll over in bed. Am I

right to suspect my implants? Have other women had this problem? If

so, have others healed from these types of problems? Thank you.
