Guest guest
They couldn't pay me to put those death devices in my body again, I don't care how 'new' it is. I don't trust their danged studies - we all know how useless they have been. > > Another Study by Plastic Surgeons, for Plastic > Surgeons! > > > http://news./s/usnw/20051017/pl_usnw/ study_finds_new_type_of_silicone_implants_offer_more_natural_looking_breasts_wit\ h_low_ complication_rate132_xml > > > Study Finds New Type of Silicone Implants Offer More > Natural-Looking Breasts with Low Complication Rate > > Mon Oct 17,12:30 PM ET > > National Desk, Medical Reporter, Health Reporter > > Contact: La or Hugins, both of > American Society of Plastic Surgeons, 847-228-9900 or > media@p... > > > ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill., Oct. 17 /U.S. Newswire/ -- A > new type of silicone breast implant, currently > available to women who agree to be part of a clinical > study, offers breast augmentation and reconstruction > patients more natural looking breasts with a low > complication rate, according to a recent study in > Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery®, the official > medical journal of the American Society of Plastic > Surgeons (ASPS). Guest guest
I've come to realize that I've lost trust in ALL medical doctors after seeing how they act regarding breast implants! . . . I didn't know how deep my distrust went until my dentist told me that I was " the only one to have so much trouble " . . . It hit a very sensitive button! Guest guest
You'll be glad to hear that my dentist, who treats people with TMJ, has made the connection between women with breast implants and TMJ. He's just seen too many for it to be a coincidence. Re: Re: Another Study by Plastic Surgeons, for Plastic Surgeons! Guest guest
Thanks Melinda . . . I've suspected that for some time! My jaw has hurt off and on for years. Fortunately I don't grind my teeth . . . Chewing gum causes me to have jaw pain. Problems with breast implants just keeps going on and on . . . I did receive a note of " Thanks " from Leonard regarding this message - " Another Study by Plastic Surgeons for Plastic Surgeons " Now I wonder if the decision makers at the FDA will see it? Guest guest
Rogene, I know what you mean...I find myself having an attitude before the dr. even opens his/her mouth! I had stopped going to dr.s for a long time; I just couldn't stand having the door slammed in my face anymore. When the Dermatologist told me I needed my primary to treat my infection, I had to tell him I didn't have a primary dr.; I had been to so many dr.s in this town and didn't like any of them. I ended up going to my husband's dr., not realizing I had seen her once before and that was a bad experience; I went to her for the flu, but once she read the meds I was on & started giving me an attitude about narcotics and told me they don't prescribe them. I said, dr. I'm here for the flu not my pain! Needless to say, she'll treat my infection and then I'm out of there again! Sad that the medical community has become what it is today; even more sad is that those of us suffering from these illnesses have been treated the way we have; our expense and their gain. Guest guest
Good for him!!!!!!
