Guest guest
Susie: Welcome! You have found yourself in the right place. The people here are very knowledgeable about cirrhosis. Some like myself were caregivers of a sufferer. I am Elsie Mom to Little Eagle who died in Oct. He came back to live with his Dad and I when his health failed. That was not by chance. The Lord always puts us where we are needed. It gave me a chance to be with him the last few years of his life, and to mend some of the old wounds, and for that I'm grateful. Stay strong, You have already taken a giant step forward. No question is silly. No emotion is without merit. We are here for you, reach out because we understand. Guest guest
Elsie, THANK YOU. I can't begin to tell all of you how fortunate I feel that I found you all. I feel like my family and I will all manage fine because we are not the first to have gone through this, nor will we be the last. That others have done it and remain strong. I love the suggestions you have all given me. I do have access on the computer to all of his tests and drugs and I do plan on making that book. I want to go into the doctor visits with knowledge of what is happening and what can be done. They talk circles around me right now but I know with the help you all have given me, I can educate myself now on what to expect and what to ask for. Your all the best!!! No words can say how much relief you have added to my life. We all felt so alone...now we know we're not. I've been forwarding all your letters to my sister in hopes it will help her too. I also plan on talking to Jack about this group. I think it would do him so good to talk to others dealing with the same condition. Your all my new best friends...I couldn't ask for a better group!!!
