Guest guest
Here is the Technique for cleansing the Lymphatic System: 1.. Suck in through the teeth, and when you think you have sucked in as deep as you can, try to suck in 2 or 3 times more to make sure that you have reached the peak of inhalation where the whole lymphatic system shoots like a geyser! 2.. As you hold your breath, suck your tummy in, pull your buttocks in, and as you can tighten up your arms, your legs and your whole body. 3.. Visualize energy, or the power of God going into your adrenal glands, the kidneys, liver, gallbladder, spleen, pancreas, lungs, and heart, and anywhere that it hurts, or where ever your body needs to heal. 4.. When you exhale, push out through your teeth or your tightened lips. I was told by an under water swimmer that when he began to breathe deeply and exhale through his tightened lips a number of times that he was able to greatly increase the distance he could go under water. 5.. Do this technique 3 to 7 times every hour, or 11 times per day. If you feel like doing it more you can, but listen to your body. Include different body movements and positions as you see fit. Every cell generates an electrical field. It is an actual electrical generator. To keep the electric generators going... the cells must have oxygen to convert glucose into energy and the potassium inside the cells must remain high and the sodium inside the cells must remain low The cells must be held tight and close to the blood vessels in order to get oxygen from your blood stream. Guest guest
Hi Dr. Cheryl Townsand said that 70% of detoxification is from the lungs. so it makes sense deep breathing cleanses. ruth Evely <je@...> wrote:Here is the Technique for cleansing the Lymphatic System: 1.. Guest guest
Hi , Lymphatic drainage can be a very beneficial therapy to do. I believe D was one on our group who said that this therapy really helped her. You can pay for someone to do it for you, or you can find ways to get the lymph flowing in your body yourself. Unlike the circulatory system which has the heart, the lymphatic system does not have a pump to keep it moving, so our movements such as walking with the arms swinging, jumping rope, or using a mini-trampoline really are effective to get the lymph out of a stagnant state and help removed blockages. There is plenty of good info on the net about lymphatic drainage therapy. I am not sure what kind of tests are done to determine if it is a problem, but doing these simple exercises to ensure flow is a good idea. Here is a good link for more info: http://www.webnat.com/hi/LymphCongestion.asp Hope this helps! Patty > > Hi Rogene, > I am def finitely going to try swimming. I just wish I could get insurance to cover some of my the treatments that really seem to help! I have been paying for all of the massage, acupuncture and supplements out of pocket. It really adds up! I saw my naturopathic Dr. today and he wants to do a lymphatic exam to see if there are any blockages or inflammation of my lymph system. Have you ever heard of this or know of anyone who has done this? >

Guest guest
Im sorry to hear that. I am doing it after spending a very long time detoxing, hence why I think its working for me. Im not sure if it would so effective if you were VERY toxic in the first place. Regards CS?
