Guest guest
Hi Everyone! I just wanted to share that since I have forced myself to stick to my organic diet I have been feeling much better! In fact, tonight I instructed a dance class and then went on to take my first belly dance lesson! WOOHOO I'm BAAAACK! It feels so wonderful to get up and move. I lost so many precious years that now I cherish having the ability to go out and take a dance class. For those of you that are awaiting explant, or feeling sickly, there is hope. I have only been explanted 3.5 months and I have slipped off the diet, and had bad sick days. But I will not let that destroy my spirit and my will to regain what was lost. I danced for 2 straight hours tonight, and don't get me wrong, I'm very sore, but it feels so wonderful to be sore from dancing!!!! I'm going to start teaching dance regularly as soon as I build up the stamina. If you stick to a strict regimen post-op, and keep a positive attitude, you too will feel the tremendous difference it makes. Hugs,

Guest guest
I've always wanted to learn to belly dance! That sounds like alot of fun, and I'd love to see my belly undulate rather than jiggle! HE he Patty > > Hi Everyone! Guest guest
I've been dancing since I was 3. I trained in Ballet and Modern dance as well as gymnastics. Let me tell you... last nights belly dancing class was a workout! It is surprisingly different than other dancing. Especially because you are barefoot and flat footed rather than on your toes. I have a lot to learn! The instructor and I were comparing the differences in dance styles. I'm teaching her exotic dancing and she is teaching me belly in trade. It's fun! > > - > > > > Thanks for sharing , and I am happy for you! I got a dvd > to > > learn to belly dance at Christmas and haven't even opened it. I > > need to.
