Hi - The manufacturers will only provide in a warning what is absolutely

necessary to covr

their collective tuckuses ...

They will never admit to anything unless their is a successful highly publicised

lawsuit that

does not end in settlement.

IMHO

Sad, but true. They will do whatever they can to obfuscate and deny

any illnesses associated with implants, even though women are

getting sick by the thousands.

What I don't understand is how they can be so obstinate about it

all. I mean, consider the fact that some people react to bee stings

in a very violent way. Some people react to tuna fish or nuts or

whatever in a very dramatic fashion, while most other people can

handle these same substances without trouble.

So, we know that there are very individual responses to things. It

just plain happens. So, why can't they even bear to admit that SOME

women may be reacting to this foreign object in their body? It just

happens to some women! You'd think they might be able to at least

admit that much!

Doctors can be so blinded by $$$$, by politics, by personal bias.

They are just plain ignorant at that point!

Patty that is SO true!!!!!

There is huge MONEY in the implant business, and not just from breast implants.

If

manufacturers or the AMA were to question silicone implants (seriously that is),

then it

would call into question a whole host of silicone products. What about silicone

heart

stents, for example?

The gender issue involved with breast implants has added fuel to the fire, in

discrediting

the 'victims'. That, combined with the involvement of doctors in denying the

risks, make

this an extremely difficult issue to expose. I don't know what it will

take...but I fear it will

take many more hundreds of thousands of sick women.

Patty,

there is simply too much money involved..

and what is frightening is that doctors are complicit in this cover-up.

I do believe that many doctors do not know, but only believe what they read.

But you

know that many ps know.

This is tragic.
