Adrenal/Progesterone Connection & Fibro Pain

Hi All!

First, let me say how glad I am to see this new group formed :)

Second, I posted a question on the NTH board today, but thought I

should post it here too.

Basically, I just wanted to know if Progesterone affects adrenal output

at all? When I upped my Progesterone (take 300mg in am and 400mg at

bedtime), I started having wicked insomnia...sometimes awake all night!

Also, did anyone here alleviate their Fibro pain upon correcting their

adrenals? My pain is probably my worst symptom, and does keep me from

sleeping well (among other things!).

Thanks for any input :)

Joy

Yes! But I'm not sure if the pain was corrected with Isocort or Armour. I would have to say that my pain is 80 percent diminished, though I'm not nearly as bad as many other fibro sufferers.
