Guest guest
I am another Saline Sister who's husband was worried that I would not get better after explant and we would be $7000 in debt for nothing. In fact, 2 of my doctors told us that going thru a surgery like that would cause my Fibromyalgia to go into a huge painful flare-up and that I would get worse. I couldn't blame my husband after Dr.s at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenox and UCLA in CA. both told us that my implants had nothing to do with my illness. We are all brought up to believe that Dr.s know everything and should be trusted. I figured that if the Dr.s didn't know for sure if it was my implants or not, they would have said so. I haven't done as much detoxing as I need to, so I still have some symptoms but nothing like I did before explant. I was DYING.....I felt like I had no choice, I had to do something. I am very proud of you for going ahead with your explant. My husband will gladly write yours an e-mail telling him what we went thru-our marriage has been on the rocks for yrs. because of my illness. Some men don't cope very well with being the caretaker. I'm glad that you found a great Dr. Love, Daryl > > > It's Wednesday, October 5th. Guest guest
Thanks so much. I think you're right, my husband is one of those who can't handle being a caretaker - right now the person he counts on to be the caretaker is falling apart and I guess I'm usually the rock around here. He's scared and he can't control the situation, and this comes out as anger. Definitely, if your husband is ok with sending mine an e-mail, just send it to my e-mail address and I'll print it out for him. Appreciate your help, Sis Re: New Member-1 more> > question?> > > Date: Sat, 01 Oct 2005 17:34:32 -0000> > >> > > What day is your surgery again?
