Guest guest
Congratulations! The oils should be okay....you might want to try writing Palanca who used to post on our group. She gave birth in June and had a successful pregnancy after explant. She did wonderfully with her pregnancy, and she took good care of herself. Maybe she can share with you some tips! Best wishes! Guest guest
I think it should be on her old posts. She said goodbye to us only a few months ago. I'll look and see what I can find....try jewels75@... Guest guest
- Hi jen, Congratulations! That is so exciting. Try to keep positive about everything. I think the state of our minds is so important in keeping healthy. And worry is really bad for the immune system. Chances are that things will be fine. Trust that God is in control. You sound like you are taking good care of yourself. I think I would take it easy on the cod liver oil--talk to your doctor. (I worry about the amount of vitamin A and D you are getting.) Prenatal vitamins probably include A @ D and I wouldn't want you to get too much because both are stored in the body and you get too much. In fact I am pretty sure I read something years ago about vitamin A toxicity and pregnancy years ago when I was having kids and taking supplements. They did not recommend more than 5000 or 1000IU a day. I would think coconut oil would be ok and olive oil. Perhaps a good point to remember is everything in moderation. Here's hoping that you will have a great, uneventful pregnancy like did! Guest guest
Jen, Contacting is a great idea! . . . She had already moved on when you got here . . . She was one of the most dedicated implant women we've seen. She was determined to have the healthiest baby possible. From all indications, her pregnacy was outstanding and her baby is doing great! . . . I'd take anything suggestions she may have seriously.
