Guest guest
Hello, I am having my explant 11/7 (I see that others are too!) and I was wondering would it be worth contacting a lawyer concerning my saline breast implants? I had them put in 1996. They are McGahn. Am I just better off trying to get insurance to cover the surgery? Thanks so much, Carol
Guest guest
If you got them in 1996, you had to sign a waiver to not sue. So, if you can get insurance to cover it, you would be wise to do so. Guest guest
Carol We're traveling and I have limited computer time, so If you message has been answered, I apologize. IMHO, you should try to get your insurance to pay if you can. That wouldn't stop you from obtaining a lawyer. However, any settlement you may (think slim chance) may receive will probably be a long time from now.
