Good luck, Cherie. That was so nice of your husband to come when he was

very busy. I'm sure it meant the world to you. :)

That sounds great Cherie! I am so glad your doctor has come around

and will do what you need, and I was really happy to hear that your

husband came to support you. That is wonderful, and I wish you

continued blessings!

Cherie - best of luck to you. I'll keep you in my thoughts and

prayers on the 19th.

That's great! Who is your surgeon? It may be useful to put his name out there for another viable option in addition to the "three". I will put you down on my calendar to pray. Remember, that no matter who we goto for the removal, God is the Great Physician and His Spirit is the Healer.

My best,

Hi everyoneI am still set to go for explant on Wednesday, 19th. I met with my surgeon today (he is the surgeon who put these in 8 1/2 years ago, and three years ago said they were definitely not the cause of my illness). He has really changed. I have been praying about my meeting with him - I thought I was going to have to be very firm in requesting that he remove the entire capsule, and as soon as he came into the room, he said "I'm removing the entire capsule" - he said he awoke in the middle of the night and knew he had to remove the entire capsule and that it was the right thing to do. He is a good surgeon, and I feel that I am in the right doctor's hands. It must be very hard for the doctors if and when they come to the realization that the implants could be making women sick. I think my doc

is going through this transformation. It's awsome really. While I was waiting for the doc to come into the room, my husband appeared in the doorway (he had a really big job today and said he couldn't come). I just hugged him for the longest time.I physically feel awful, but I have so much hope that I am going to get better after these things are out. Thanks for your support.

thanks - I thought I would wait and see how the surgery went, and

then put his name out there. Prayer for healing is what led me to

this point - that is the knowlege that these implants are the

culprit and they do not belong in my body. So I am very comforted

to know that God is in charge and that others are praying for me.

Thanks again.

Cherie

that is really good news. I am really happy for you! It must make

you feel so much better to know your doctor is convinced of the

importance of removing the capsule and also to have your husband's

support. I really hope things work out for you well!
