Guest guest
HI IMMA! I sincerely hope that your fears aren't grounded and that you'll be home this afternoon. Don't be too hard on yourself, the ulcer was probably going to come to a head very soon anyway - you just helped it along and enjoyed yourself, albeit for a few hours. I think you should change your new name to IMONLI HUMAN. Take care! Carol Imma Moron..my new name lol Ok here's the deal. yesturday SUCKED! So I did a very stupid thing...something if I had really thought about, I would not have done. I went out last night and had a few drinks. Ok so what right? Except we aren't supposed to drink post op. HOw about the fact that all week my pouch has been killing me and Ive had a hard time eating and drinking. But hey I didn't think about that because IMMA MORON is my name! I needed head therapy in the form of young dancing around people with booze in their hands letting go of life and playing. I had so much fun! I never left the counter..I made very good friends with a very large woman who kept giving me dirty looks LOL I sat next to her and she wasn't happy about it at first. Then I started talking to her, she kept giving me looks and then when I told her that I had lost 130#s it was like a MOMENT! lol I was suddenly ok because I was a formerly fat person I guess. Dunno doesn't matter we sat and talked for a few hours and then I got up and came home. Did good for my mind..well guess what?? It didn't do good for my pouch or the fact that I was probably already dehydrated LOL So the ulcer Im sure was forming is probably now full blown and after a lengthy conversation with my surgeons office this morning..Im headed to ER in San Francisco to be evaluated (AGAIN!!) Everytime this has happened in the past (meaning being sent to ER) they keep me! She says its a 50/50 chance they will this time..Im guessing more like 90 since its Sunday and they can't really do anything but give me fluids. So the lesson Imma gives all of you today is...DON'T DRINK! Learn from me lol it may be good for the head but its bad for the pouch..and in an arm wrestle the pouch wins!! Hugs all..probably be bored out of my mind at CPMC for a few days. Yuck I can taste the Gastrographin already. Imma Moron..formerly known as Kat 300/256/165/160 <---OOPS! Guest guest
Kat, Don't be so hard on yourself. I'm just sorry you aren't feeling well. I hope you don't have to stay at the hospital and will be feeling better very soon. --- Katharine wrote: > > Ok here's the deal. yesturday SUCKED!
