Saline Implants - 'Dimpling'

Does anyone know about 'dimpling' with saline implants. A woman called me today

asking

about her daughter who got saline implants. She said the surgeon here told her

that the

'dimpling' was caused by her own scar tissue and charged her for a second

surgery. Now

after that, there is more dimpling, and the woman is very frustrated.

I explained I did not have saline implants (with double lumen anyway I never

experienced that

problem).

Have any of you experienced this 'dimpling' or rippling effect, and do you know

what causes

it?
