I am noticing that as well, and I have increased my salt. If

it continues I will be cutting my HC as this can be a sign of too much!

Which is actually a YEAH!!! Signs of healing maybe? BTW I AM guessing

here, but it is educated guesses.

I'm trying to get good protein, sea salt. I don't really know what this is. Keeping them elevated helps. Good be anything... I'm trying to be regular with my doses. Will see if this helps or points to something else..
